Thanks to the Almighty God for granting this Opportunity. The department Comprises of 8 Members and its core business is to nurture critical and creative thinking among the learners. This has been achieved through Committed and teamwork among the Staff Members in the department. The department caters for physics, Biology and Chemistry Subjects. We take Pride in being the foundation for science oriented professional Careers. Through encouragement and Guidance, our learners have created a Positive attitude towards the subjects. We thank the Management for supporting the department financially and materially whenever there is need. We believe the Sky is the Limit.

H.O.D: MBEVA P.M

Co-curricular is Part of learning as coined in the learning Process by the ministry of Education. As a department in the Part of the school system we are fully devoted to ensure learners participate and develop a desire to strive to achieve the realization of their potential talents in co- curricular activities. Through the School administration we have put in place the required facilities to ensure the learners develop the skills, knowledge and build a positive attitude towards participation in various activities in athletics, ball games, swimming, indoor and outdoor games. We always encourage students to engage in these activities by being active within the three days provided in the school programme to enhance their competence.

H.O.D: MR. G.M.ONYANGO

As one of the leading international Languages, English occupies a special place in Kenya. It is the Official Language, a subject of study and a medium of instruction. For this reason, at Tututha secondary school, this subject forms the nerve center of all other learning areas in the school. We therefore endeavor, always, to ensure that the learners not only excel in the subject but also attain sufficient proficiency in the use of the language, while also preparing them for future training in various fields. Owing to this, we are currently preparing the 2026 KCSE examination candidates to do much better than their predecessors. The teachers of English and the candidates have accordingly proposed a target mean of 6.5 in English, which we all believe is not only attainable but also surpassable.

H.O.D: ENGLISH

The School offers boarding services for both boys and Girls. The department is well established and equipped with all that is required to cater for the welfare of our students. Security of the Students is guaranteed since we have enough security personnel and in addition we also have CCTV Cameras in app parts of our school to ensure safety at all times. Our well trained Kitchen Staff ensures that our students enjoy delicious and nutritious meals throughout the day. We have a balanced Meal Plan that includes breakfast, 10 O'clock Porridge, Lunch and Supper allowing our students to stay energized and focused in their studies. We also understand the importance of maintaining a clean and hygienic environment. We have implemented a rigorous daily cleaning routine to ensure that the living spaces are kept tidy and comfortable. Our goal is to create an environment where students feel a strong sense of belonging and where they can grow academically. Through the support of the house masters and mistresses and also the matrons, we strive to make our boarding community a second home for every student.
